Everything you need to know about Shipping, Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
We offer FREE Standard Shipping for all orders shipped within the United States only.
Free shipping is also available to APO/FPO/DPO and U.S. territories and protectorates (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, U.S. Minor Outlying Islands, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands).
Nationwide FREE home delivery setup and removal is available with Tempur-Pedic mattresses and adjustable foundations which includes removal of a mattress and box spring at no extra cost.
We do not ship internationally at this time.
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends will be accepted for processing the next business day.
A tracking number will be sent to you via email once the order is shipped. Please allow a few days for the tracking number to show movement in the shipping carrier’s system. If the information has not appeared on the courier's website, please try again at a later time.
Most standard shipments are delivered in 3-8 business days. Delivery time begins from the date the package is shipped and the expected delivery date depends on the shipping destination. Please note that there is no weekend shipping service for most orders. Therefore, a package that leaves the fulfillment center on a Saturday or Sunday will not reach the shipper until Monday.
Unfortunately, since we have no control over your package once it has been shipped, we are not responsible for shipping delays. Claims for untimely delivery must be taken up with the courier service.
Expedited shipping is only available within the US. Expedited shipping options can be chosen at check-out.
Cancellations / Changes to Orders
We make every effort to process your order promptly, so there is only a brief window before they are processed and are transferred to the shipping dock.
If one of the following occurs, please contact us as soon as possible, the same day the order was placed:
- you've entered the wrong address/recipient name or want to modify it
- you've chosen a wrong product color/quantity and want to change it
- you want to add, remove or change a product(s) in the order
- you changed your mind and want to cancel the order
Once the order has shipped, unfortunately, we cannot stop the delivery. In such a case, you will have the option to return the unopened product should you decide to not keep it. Let us remind you about our Lifetime Warranty, which states that if for any reason you’re not satisfied with your order, send one simple email and our awesome customer service team to schedule a replacement or a refund.
Please know that we are not responsible for any shipping delays and/or mistakes associated with the order if you mistakenly entered a wrong/insufficient shipping address, name, etc. and have not notified us in a timely manner.
Damaged / Mis-shipped Products
We work very hard to ensure your order is packed properly and shipped in a timely manner.
If the product is damaged or defected, please take the following steps to allow us to rectify this problem:
Take a picture of the package/box and of the damaged product Contact us with the attached pictures and please include your Order ID number.
If you received a wrong product or pieces were missing from the package, drop us a line and we would be more than happy to address the issue in your favor. We will process a replacement or ship missing items to you right away.
Orders Not Received
We work with the most reliable nationwide delivery services, but sometimes packages get lost in transit.
We’re always on your side, so please contact us as soon as possible if you’re experiencing one of the following:
- If the order does not arrive within the expected delivery time
- If the product is not delivered (stuck in transit showing no movement)
- If the tracking number confirms the package was delivered, but you have not yet received the product.
Fraud Check: Different Billing / Shipping Address
If your billing address and shipping address differ, there is an increased chance that your order may potentially be flagged as “fraudulent” in our security system. This can or may cause delays in shipping. If you are having your order shipped to a different address than your billing address, we recommend contacting us once your order is placed so we can ensure that it is not flagged and ships on-time.
Returns and Exchanges
We offer an easy return & exchange procedure on most Quality Sleep products.
If any item received from BeddingSheetsPillows.com does not meet your expectations, simply send one email to our customer support team for assistance with a request for exchange or return. You must receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number in order to return or exchange an item.
If the product is determined to be defective due to improper materials or workmanship, Quality Sleep will help coordinate contact with the manufacturer for a warranty claim.
You may request an exchange, in-store credit, or a full refund towards your original method of payment for your returned purchase. Kindly note that it may take a few business days for the refund to be processed through the marketplace’s payment system (or banking system) as we are not processing refund payments directly.
Mattress Exchanges / Returns
There is a $99 processing fee to exchange or return a mattress. In case of an exchange, you must pay the return shipping cost, and you will receive the full retail value paid towards a new mattress of the same size, equal or greater value once we receive the returned item in good condition. Refunds will not be given on mattress exchanges of lesser value. A 20% restocking fee applies to all mattress returns, not applicable on an exchange. We are not responsible for damaged or lost returned items.
There is a $249 fee to return or exchange a Tempur-Pedic mattress, no returns / exchanges on adjustable foundations. ADJUSTABLE FOUNDATION SALES ARE FINAL. In case of a mattress exchange, you will receive full credit for the original purchase amount of the item towards another item of
Please note that Expedited Shipping or any special delivery charges by the delivery agent are nonrefundable.
How to Return an Item
In order to return the item, please contact us and we will get back to you within 48 hours with further instructions. You must have the original packaging materials and the item must be in like new condition. Damaged or unsanitary items can not be returned.
As we always strive to improve our products and service, we will highly appreciate your honest feedback as we strongly depend on our customers’ feedback to help us improve our business everyday.
You are responsible for the return shipping cost.
If you want to return/exchange the item, simply contact us to receive an RMA (return merchandise authorization), returns without an RMA will not be refunded.
In case of a refund, your purchase will be refunded within 1-5 business days.
Depending on the initial marketplace and payment method, it will appear in your account within 1-10 business days.
